Registration Information
Registration for an In-service Instructor course or Recertification course requires that a completed registration form and full payment be received by the Pro-ACT, Inc office. Registrations are not processed and attendance not confirmed until payment is received.
Confirmation of registration will be mailed to the participant along with specific training information, such as: dates, times, location and contact telephone, plus hotel information for persons traveling from outside of the area.
The registration packet mailed to the participant also includes an In-service Instructor Agreement. This agreement must be completed and signed by the participant as well as an agency representative, and given to the Pro-ACT, Inc. instructor at registration on the first day of class. The In-service Instructor Agreement is required for entry into the class.

Pro-ACT® accepts payment by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa. Payment by credit card includes a $50 service charge.
